Our payment options are bank deposit via BPI and BDO, GCash and Paypal. Just select your preferred payment method upon checkout.

For Bank Deposit, you may go to any branch of Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) to make over-the-counter transactions. We also accept online and mobile bank transfers for Banco De Oro (BDO), and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Kindly send a complete screenshot of the transaction in reply to sales@naturalessentials.ph. These will be manually verified with our bank, so please allow us 1 to 3 banking days to acknowledge payments. Don’t worry your orders will reserved for you.

COD or Cash on Delivery is not yet available.

In the Checkout page, select the PayPal option. You will be redirected to a PayPal page where you need to log in to your PayPal account. Upon logging in, review the transaction and amount then press confirm. Please wait to be redirected back to our account to ensure that the payment has been confirmed and your order has pushed through. It will reflect in your credit card bill as payment to ROWELLDELIC.

In the Checkout page, select the PayPal option. You will be redirected to the PayPal page. You don’t need to have a Paypal account. Click the button that says “Pay with debit card or credit card”. Input your debit card/credit card information. Please wait for the confirmation page to make sure your order has pushed through. It will reflect in your credit card bill as payment to ROWELLDELIC.

In the checkout page, select bank deposit option. You may deposit via BPI or BDO. You will receive an invoice email with instructions from sales@naturalessentials.ph within the day. This email contains all the details you need to complete your purchase.

You may pay opt to pay via Online Transfer or Over The Counter at any branch of your chosen bank. After paying, simply reply to the invoice email from sales@naturalessentials.ph with a clear scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip or a screenshot of transfer confirmation on or before the specified deadline. Make sure the following details are visible and clear: Reference Number, amount transferred, date and time of the transfer.

Once we’ve received a clear copy of your proof of payment,we will review and validate your payment in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

(NOTE: Interbank transfers may be validated within 2-3 business days.)

We haven’t arranged where you will be redirected to GCash page. For now, you may use your GCash app, as you would. After paying, simply reply to the invoice email from sales@naturalessentials.ph with a screenshot of transfer confirmation on or before the specified deadline. Make sure the following details are visible and clear: Reference Number, amount transferred, date and time of the transfer.

Delivery fee starts at 95.00. This will increase depending on the number of items you ordered.

PROVINCIAL

Courier charges by weight for provincial deliveries. Add items in your cart and fill out the shipping info including zip code to view your shipping fee.

*We’re committed to delivering your order as soon as possible, but due to COVID-19 measures, there might be delays on deliveries on both Metro Manila and Provincial areas.

Yes, you may pick up. Pick up is in San Pedro, Laguna. You may pick it up personally or book a rider. Pick up information will be sent via email when your orders are ready.

We recommend our customers to do their own booking for pick-up of orders to ensure accuracy of delivery address and have the option of cashless payment.

You will receive a confirmation email that your order is completed with the tracking number. You will find this at the bottom of your order details with 6 number/letter combination. These series of numbers and letters are clickable link. Click the link and you will be redirected to the courier’s tracking page. Copy and paste your tracking number in the tracking page.

Please allow 24hrs for the courier to input data on their system prior to tracking. If in any case your tracking number is still showing unavailable after 24hrs, please contact the courier directly.

Due to COVID-19 measures, we are unable to request for rush delivery. If you need the products right away, we suggest to choose local pickup on the checkout page. You may pick up your orders personally or via Lalamove/Grab/Mr.Speedy etc. Pick up information will be sent via email when your orders are ready.

Once your order has been placed, you won’t be able to edit the items in it. This is to prevent delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We hope you can double-check your items before proceeding to Checkout, so that you’re assured a worry-free shopping experience. This policy also applies to items that were accidentally ordered, multiple orders of one item, and requests to combine orders.

We make sure all products are very well-packed before shipping. If in any case we failed to do so, you may email us at naturalessentialsph@gmail.com. Pls send us a photo of the damage and input “DAMAGE-your name” on the subject line. We will review the issue and will get back to you with our resolution.

Please be advised that we will not be liable for goods that were mishandled by the courier.

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the Philippines.
